artichoke mushroom pizza etc.

my lunch today: artichoke mushroom pizza w/ bell peppers on caramelized onion reduction sauce (amy's brand frozen non-dairy pizzas)

collard greens with tofurkey brand kielbasa soysage, roasted tomatoes, brussel sprouts, red onion, and like 6 cloves of garlic.

cold yerba mate tea. (cause its hot). b12 losenge.

for breakfast i had a whole wheat pancake cooked with raisins, eaten with peanut butter, margarine, and grape jelly. a tall glass of nesquik.

yesterday i bought collards for a dollar.
and i ate...

peach chamomile tea
2 breakfast burritos (seasoned mashed tofu, potatoes, zucchini, cilantro, tomato, garlic, onion, etc.)
4 squares off my chocolate bar (endangered species chocolate, tiger one with espresso beans, bought it the other day from the zoo for $3). yerba mate hot tea.

kombucha (my new homebrew tastes like apple cider, so we tested the alcohol%by volume and it said it was 4%! theres no beer in the house to double check my alcohol% reader is working, we have to buy some alcohol to test it... i'll pick some up next time i'm at the store.)

bowtie pasta with mushrooms in an 'alfredo' sauce

banana
blueberry apple muffin and chocolate soymilk (from coffee shop)
and 1/2 strawberry banana muffin. vitamin.

day before that i made eggplant and keilbasa soysage with toast for a midnight snack

and ate an entire bunch of bananas, and a mango, and a black bean burrito, raisins, original sun chips, animal crackers, apple juice at work.

applesauce
potato leek soup with dulse, mushrooms, turnip, lots of garlic.
white minute rice with frozen veggies (corn, carrots, green beans, lima beans, peas), braggs soy sauce, extra canola oil (for the omega 3s), tapatio hot sauce.

frijoledillas (like a quesodilla, but spread mashed beans between corn tortillas) and fried plantains.

dr pepper and chocolate bar.
i think i had french fries that night also.
and before that i went to a wedding and they fed us portabello mushroom fajitas with black beans, guac, salsa fresca, on tortills, coffee raspberry cup cakes with frosting, lots of wine.
