soyrizo cuban breakfast chard fennel soup potato scramble

i missed some days so i'm just going to list today, and then go backwards from there and get what i can remember:
this morning:

prune juice
salad with red lettuce, dill, and basil (italian dressing)
fried up onion, zucchini, carrots, eggplant, red and green spicy peppers, chard, soyrizo
green tea. b12 pill, cranberry pill, woman's vitamin.

yellow chard and fennel garlic soup
peanut butter and strawberryjelly sandwich on eziekiel 4.9 bread
2 radishes
a couple pieces of chocolate

some fried potato, mashed veggie burger, tomato concoction my husband made. tasted really spicy. i'm sure it was full of seracha hot sauce. onions.

yesterday:
bonsai rolls, sushi with tofu, cucumber, avocado. tempura roll. edamame. green tea (restaurant: northpark sushi&grill) vitamins.

pancakes, squash and papas, turnips and collards

2 whole wheat pancakes with cinnamon and margarine
squash and potatoes pan fried with garlic. bbq sauce.
tea

coffee (1/2 decaf 1/2 leaded. i just like the flavor, really)
red apple
banana nut odwalla energy bar

went shopping on the way home from work: $8: bunch bananas (7), turnip, bunch collards, orange, loaf of bread (ezekiel 4:9 whole grain), ear of corn.

banana, lemonade. almonds and raisins. 1/2 an orange.

cooked up some turnips (or rutabagas, not sure) and collards with garlic, soy sauce and sauerkraut juice (from the jar). had a slice of the bread, toasted with buttery spread. 1/2 ear of boiled corn with buttery spread and dulse seaweed seasoning shake. sauerkraut. lemonade. vitamin.

[i usually like to eat lots of margarine, buttery spread and oil because of the high omega fatty acid content. margarines and buttery spreads tend to have a few hundred mgs of omega 3s and 6s, but canola oil has 1200mgs, so i'm trying to use oil in place of margarine where i can.]

also, some snacks i remember eating the past couple days that i didn't mention:

toast with margarine and grape jam

nestea from a can, roasted roots: broiled turnip, potato, beet, leek, garlic served with lentils, fritos corn chips

day before:

bowtie tricolor pasta w roasted tomatoes and collards
black bean burrito

applejuice and animal cookies

artichoke mushroom pizza etc.

my lunch today: artichoke mushroom pizza w/ bell peppers on caramelized onion reduction sauce (amy's brand frozen non-dairy pizzas)

collard greens with tofurkey brand kielbasa soysage, roasted tomatoes, brussel sprouts, red onion, and like 6 cloves of garlic.

cold yerba mate tea. (cause its hot). b12 losenge.

for breakfast i had a whole wheat pancake cooked with raisins, eaten with peanut butter, margarine, and grape jelly. a tall glass of nesquik.

yesterday i bought collards for a dollar.
and i ate...

peach chamomile tea
2 breakfast burritos (seasoned mashed tofu, potatoes, zucchini, cilantro, tomato, garlic, onion, etc.)
4 squares off my chocolate bar (endangered species chocolate, tiger one with espresso beans, bought it the other day from the zoo for $3). yerba mate hot tea.

kombucha (my new homebrew tastes like apple cider, so we tested the alcohol%by volume and it said it was 4%! theres no beer in the house to double check my alcohol% reader is working, we have to buy some alcohol to test it... i'll pick some up next time i'm at the store.)

bowtie pasta with mushrooms in an 'alfredo' sauce

blueberry apple muffin and chocolate soymilk (from coffee shop)
and 1/2 strawberry banana muffin. vitamin.

day before that i made eggplant and keilbasa soysage with toast for a midnight snack

and ate an entire bunch of bananas, and a mango, and a black bean burrito, raisins, original sun chips, animal crackers, apple juice at work.

applesauce
potato leek soup with dulse, mushrooms, turnip, lots of garlic.
white minute rice with frozen veggies (corn, carrots, green beans, lima beans, peas), braggs soy sauce, extra canola oil (for the omega 3s), tapatio hot sauce.

frijoledillas (like a quesodilla, but spread mashed beans between corn tortillas) and fried plantains.

dr pepper and chocolate bar.
i think i had french fries that night also.
and before that i went to a wedding and they fed us portabello mushroom fajitas with black beans, guac, salsa fresca, on tortills, coffee raspberry cup cakes with frosting, lots of wine.
