raisin bran toast chickpea and sesame seed potatoes

raisin bran cereal w vanilla almond mylk and blackstrap molasses (i put sugar on my cereal as a kid)
2 pieces of wheat toast w coconut oil and almond butter
yerba mate tea

made my lunch: potatoes pan fried with onions, sesame seeds and chickpeas. packing a salad w arugula bok choy cucumber and mushroom.

yesterday i ate:

raisin bran cereal w vanilla almond mylk and blackstrap molasses. toast with coconut oil and a lot of strawberry jam vitamin 1/2 cucumber.

banana nut bar

eggplant stew with garlic and potatoes
salad with arugula bok choy and cucumber (w flaxseed oil and italian dressing)

mixed salted nuts (cashew almond pecan peanut)

1/2 cucumber
pickle
sloppy joe sliders with crinkle cut chips and 2 crushed double hop IPAs (restaurant: toronado)

day before:
2 pancakes with peanut butter, molasses, and maple syrup. tea.

green tea throughout the day (like 5 teabags, i kept reusing them)
soba noodle salad with lettuce, candied walnuts, cucumber, bell pepper, soba noodles, miso dressing, tofu squares. mochi difuku, rice crackers wrapped in nori (restaurant: tea pavillion)

soyrizo and potato pan fried with onion and garlic. then added leftovers from restaurant: Pokez, beans and rice and lettuce and salsa and guac. put it on 3 corn and tender cactus tortillas. cole slaw. polenta.
