pancakes, squash and papas, turnips and collards

2 whole wheat pancakes with cinnamon and margarine
squash and potatoes pan fried with garlic. bbq sauce.
tea

coffee (1/2 decaf 1/2 leaded. i just like the flavor, really)
red apple
banana nut odwalla energy bar

went shopping on the way home from work: $8: bunch bananas (7), turnip, bunch collards, orange, loaf of bread (ezekiel 4:9 whole grain), ear of corn.

banana, lemonade. almonds and raisins. 1/2 an orange.

cooked up some turnips (or rutabagas, not sure) and collards with garlic, soy sauce and sauerkraut juice (from the jar). had a slice of the bread, toasted with buttery spread. 1/2 ear of boiled corn with buttery spread and dulse seaweed seasoning shake. sauerkraut. lemonade. vitamin.

[i usually like to eat lots of margarine, buttery spread and oil because of the high omega fatty acid content. margarines and buttery spreads tend to have a few hundred mgs of omega 3s and 6s, but canola oil has 1200mgs, so i'm trying to use oil in place of margarine where i can.]

also, some snacks i remember eating the past couple days that i didn't mention:
grits with lentils and sweet potatoes browned with garlic
toast with margarine and grape jam
green tea
pretzels
grapefruit juice
raisins and almonds
mango
black tea
