spicy stir fry, split pea dal w turnip, trix cereal

backwards from now:
yerba mate tea (cold brewed)
mashed potatoes and gravy (cambells mushroom, potatoes made with garlic cashew cream). spicy stir fry with red chilis (pizza packet) sesame seeds, onions, yellow squash, collards cut into tiny pieces (so they become invisible to the taste buds), and cauliflower. a splash of leftover marinade, mashed almonds, garlic salt, mixed with a considerable amount of flaxseed oil once the dish cooled a little. served over long grain rice with quinoa mixed in. nutritional yeast and kelp powder sprinkled on top. (i just went to whole foods and bought some health food stuff)
tension tamer tea with catnip (celestial seasonings). tums (for calcium). peach. bok choy salad with chia seeds and sesame seeds sprinkled over balsamic vinaigrette. grapes. berry juice (mostly blueberry, one of those antioxidant juices). otter pop (popsicle). rice and quinoa with sauteed eggplant, garlic, mashed/powdered walnuts, and sesame seeds. (i'm on a sesame seed kick)
materva (yerba mate soda), leftover split pea dal with turnip, squash, collards. cauliflower curry. vitamin (one a day).
leftover pizza w/roma tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, pineapple, green peppers, caramelized onions and garlic, crust dipped in garlic sauce (papa johns). chocolate (endangered species brand, dark chocolate with blueberries). banana.
lentils and rice with vegetables (potato, basil, peppers, garlic, broccoli, crazy curry sauce)
orange. cherry cough drops (my roommate shared with me. i didn't need them but they taste good). sunflower seeds. above said pizza. kombucha. cocoa krispies. black bean soft tacos (black beans, seasoned rice, lettuce, onions, cilantro, salsa), split pea dal with bolillos (mexican bread rolls). beer.
trix cereal. vanilla hazlenut coffee. leftover tofu potato mushroom burrito (from pokez) rice and beans, cole slaw, avocado. avocado spread on bread with pepper and garlic salt. hash browns and pancakes. lentil stew. sunflower seeds. apples. think that about connects it.

beer, apples and sunflower seeds. taco bell. energy drink. rice and seitan pilaf with onions curry, rosemary, garlic, tomatoes. artichoke w/ thyme vinegarette. carrot cake with frosting (cupcake).
yerba mate tea. chocolate covered raisins. corn on the cob with seasoned squash and ground almond topping. yellow curried rice w/ zucchini, mushrooms, kale. oatmeal with bananas and balckstrap molasses, toast with almond butter.
spaghetti with crumbled seitan, garlic sage tomato sauce. sourdough bread with margarine. corn on the cob with olive oil and pepper. wine. (red) artichokes dipped in veganaise.
del taco (bean burritos with no cheese. fries. soda. sometimes a veggie burrito no dairy)
chocolate covered peanut butter filled pretzels.
green curry with eggplant, basil, and mock duck. rice. (midnight snack)
orange drink.
tom kha soup (coconut based thai soup), rice. jasmine tea. trail mix. 2 apples dipped in almond butter. bag fritos. salad w/pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, kale, red onion, sesame seeds, shreddded turnip, spring mix
2 pancakes (8 inch diameter - huge!) topped with almond butter and blackstrap molasses and syrup. bag trail mix: peanuts raisins, sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts. bag pretzels. green tea. salad kale spring mix sprouts tomato sesame seeds balsamic vinegarette
more thai food. curry with kale and stuff. eggplant. thats all i wrote down. i remember going to taco bell for a midnight snack also sometime in the last couple weeks. we ordered pizza from papa johns too. (just order no cheese)

oatmeal, pasta, artichokes, stuff and things

note here that i just got off work so i'm super hungry. in a minute i'm heading downtown to pay rent, so i might get a chipotle burrito.
backwards from now:
coffee, leftover whole wheat angelhair pasta with cheap canned mushroom pasta sauce boosted up with pre-sauteed veggies (broccoli, asparagus, onion, garlic, rosemary and sage, roma tomatoes) whole wheat sourdough toast with margarine. oatmeal. yerba mate tea.

dinner: pasta mentioned above, 1 fatty boiled artichoke with slivers of garlic in every leaf, dipped in margarine. a few pieces of toasted whole wheat sourdough bread, toasted. chocolate covered peanut butter filled pretzels. yerba mate tea. red wine (cab)

lunch: brown rice and yellow split peas mixed up with seracha hot sauce and soybean oil. grapefruit. apple. sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts, raisins.

orange, sunflower seeds and raisins. gen mai cha tea (green tea with roasted rice).
a kielbasa soysage (tofurkey). oatmeal. an apple.

gnocchi (homemade potato pasta) with garlic sage sauce (i used leftover liquid from the seitan i made recently). popcorn. hummus, tons and tons of hummus. saltines.

apples, hummus, french bread, hummus, saltines, orange juice, strawberry coconut kefir drink, tofurkey with veganaise and dijon. fried potatoes. raw nori sheets. (went on a road trip). trail mix. bananas. pancakes. pizza. burritos.
2 julian apple pies (from the julian deli. i shared), lots more tofurkey sausages and wine. sourkraut. grapefruits. seitan. chips and salsa. pancakes. cranberries. apple.bean burrito plate w/ rice and beans. and its all a blur. that covers all i can remember for a week ago... may have been more.
