oatmeal, pasta, artichokes, stuff and things

note here that i just got off work so i'm super hungry. in a minute i'm heading downtown to pay rent, so i might get a chipotle burrito.
backwards from now:
coffee, leftover whole wheat angelhair pasta with cheap canned mushroom pasta sauce boosted up with pre-sauteed veggies (broccoli, asparagus, onion, garlic, rosemary and sage, roma tomatoes) whole wheat sourdough toast with margarine. oatmeal. yerba mate tea.

dinner: pasta mentioned above, 1 fatty boiled artichoke with slivers of garlic in every leaf, dipped in margarine. a few pieces of toasted whole wheat sourdough bread, toasted. chocolate covered peanut butter filled pretzels. yerba mate tea. red wine (cab)

lunch: brown rice and yellow split peas mixed up with seracha hot sauce and soybean oil. grapefruit. apple. sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts, raisins.

orange, sunflower seeds and raisins. gen mai cha tea (green tea with roasted rice).
a kielbasa soysage (tofurkey). oatmeal. an apple.

gnocchi (homemade potato pasta) with garlic sage sauce (i used leftover liquid from the seitan i made recently). popcorn. hummus, tons and tons of hummus. saltines.

apples, hummus, french bread, hummus, saltines, orange juice, strawberry coconut kefir drink, tofurkey with veganaise and dijon. fried potatoes. raw nori sheets. (went on a road trip). trail mix. bananas. pancakes. pizza. burritos.
2 julian apple pies (from the julian deli. i shared), lots more tofurkey sausages and wine. sourkraut. grapefruits. seitan. chips and salsa. pancakes. cranberries. apple.bean burrito plate w/ rice and beans. and its all a blur. that covers all i can remember for a week ago... may have been more.
