french toast, caramelized carrots with garlic, corn tortillas

coffee (kona) with soy protein, 2 corn tortillas with tahini and tapatio hot sauce
4 pieces cinnamon french toast (1cwater:1/2 ground flax, 1/4 c sugar, cinnamon, let thicken 10 minutes) with flaxseed oil and syrup

tofu potato mushroom burrito, ranchero sauce, cole slaw, raspberry yerba mate

hot grapenuts cereal with blackstrap molasses and flaxseed oil

english muffin with margarine and tahini

pringles, bbq flavor

crab california roll sushi from vegan house in hollywood (w/veganaise)

2 breakfast mookies (meal cookies) like muffins: cranberry, chocolate chip, seeds, hemp protein, etc.

cocoa krispies... top ramen noodles, mixed veggies and pasta... and i think maybe that catches me up??
