cereal, macaroni, pbJ...

bowl of total cereal with soymilk, sliced mango, 1/2 grapefruit.
strawberry coconut milk kefir (like strawberry yogurt drink. kinda like a lasse)
shot of aloe juice with 21st century brand once daily women's multi-vitamin

yerba mate tea. i think i drank about 4 refills of tea today so far.
sauteed onion, chopped brussel sprouts, thinly sliced collards and dinosaur kale, til soft, then for a sauce in a cup i diluted a scoop of split pea/black eyed pea mash from fridge with hot water, braggs (soy sauce), and a few dashes of salt-free spike seasoning (table blend). added that to vegetable mixture. tossed in the rest of leftover macaroni noodles (they're from an olive oil salt thing, and they're spicy). made a new macaroni dish. yummy.

the rest of that grapefruit.
a few handfuls of dried goji berries (like raisins), and some cacao nibs (chocolate crunchy things)
pan fried plantains (sliced thin and flipped once. cooked along side my sandwich)
grilled pb&j sandwich. (its way better like that. add the peanut butter and grill til a little toasty)

6 mini vegetable spring rolls (ling ling brand)
veggie stir-fry (mixed veggie blend with stir fry sauce: broccoli, mushrooms, red and yellow bell peppers, watercress, green beans, soybeans, peas, carrots.)
a couple dates

oatmeal raisin cookie (uncle eddies)
