sandwich day

horchata (zuko drink mix with water)
sandwich w tahini sprouts cucumber lettuce sautee onions dinosaur kale in vinegarette soaked dulse seaweed grey pupon mustard pepper avocado. on grilled whole grain bread. 1/2 orange. 2 prunes, chick o stick candy. yerba mate tea. vitamin. b12 losenge.

elvis sandwich (grilled peanut butter and banana) with maple syrup. 3 plums 1 strawberry 3 tangerines pita chips pretzels with peanut butter in the center

3 beers (India pale ale)
burritos with soy chorizo and onion, rice, pinto beans, sliced cabbage, tomato pico de gallo salsa, serrano chilis, lime, tofutti sour cream and american 'cheese' slices (inside the burrito). roasted red and yellow bell peppers. carrot.
a taco with said fillings. and then another mini burrito for seconds.

bean soup pb&j salad brownies

grn tea.
2 slices toast topped with a layer of mashed mayocoba beans, sprinkled flax powder, pepper, slices tomato, onion, lettuce, zaatar (sumac spice with sesame seeds), open faced sandwich style.

1 cup bean soup (split yellow and green peas and pinto beans. manuchevitz brand soup mix)
peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich on whole grain bread
1/2 c sprouted brown rice mixed with 1/2 c sprouted quinoa (eaten with soup broth)
1 orange
handful walnuts
iced green tea

coffee
clif bar "chocolate brownie"
gum

salad: romaine and spinach. tomato, sprouts, corn, onions, hijiki, flax italian dressing.
4 bean salad (green beans, garbanzos, wax, and ceci)
cucumbers and slivered almonds

smoothie w/ banana figs cranberry spirulina maca peanut butter water (put water in the peanut butter jar and shook it and tossed that liquid into the blender.

chick o stick minis candy (coconut and peanut butter). chocolate brownie dessert from Sipz restaurant.
chips and guac

black bean burrito w guac and homemade spicy salsa verde. side corn chips and salsa n more black bean dip.
