(last night after the stir fry post, i ended up eating 4 chocolate cupcakes and drinking 3 rum & cokes.)

chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting (roomie made them for a birthday party)

spring rolls!! dipped in a sauce made with tahini, tapatio, mushroom sauce, and flaxseed oil (the usuals)
lots and lots of noodles with sesame seeds, seaweed, collards, garlic, onion

so yesterday i left off with breakfast: fresh baked bread with margarine, and oriental and rosemary flavor top ramen. pineapple juice
got 2 sloppy janes (vegan sloppy joes) from toronado. also crinkle cut chips and salad
2 pliny the younger limited edition beer. my bloody valentine limited edition beer
vitamin.
savory grits with collard greens, garlic and rosemary
3 warmed corn tortillas with tahini spread and tapatio hot sauce (snack while waiting for grits to cook)
english muffin with margarine and zataar (middle eastern spices: sesame seeds and sumac) topping
big ol salad with dinosaur kale, pumpkin seeds, onions, grated beets and zucchini, spring mix lettuce leaves, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cilantro dressing.

pasta shells w/ zebra tomatoes, garlic 'buttered' mustard greens, brewers yeast, artichoke 'cream' sauce with chipotle stuffed green olives, olive oil and thyme
cherry coke
veggie burrito (rice beans lettuce salsa)
lentil and guac burrito
yesterday:
white tea.

vitamin water xxx
pomegranate craisins. Bartlett pear. 1/2 apple (a baby stole the rest)
can of large black olives.
tricolor rigatoni primavera (wht onions, garlic, beet greens, crushed tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, grn onions, rosemary, deglazed w/ red wine, toasted boca burger crumbles.
cinnaomon raisin english muffin with peanut butter and chocolate syrup. banana.
3 oreos
grape juice with acai and blueberry.
2 vodkas with blood orange italian soda
1 vodka citron with grapefruit juice
green tea
day before that:
malt o meal hot breakfast cereal with raisins and blackstrap molasses.

battered fried pickles dipped in veganaise (non dairy mayonaise)
2 english IPAs (beer)
and day before that (from what i can remember)
cocoa crispies in almond 'milk'
