cereal, squash pasta

special k red berries cereal w/ raisins
strawberry flavored coconut milk kefir (like yogurt)
ghetto mocha (nesquik powder, instant espresso)

1/2 med. watermelon (with a spoon)

sweet potato, bowtie pasta with yellow squash and marinara sauce w/ dulse (instead of salt). collards. onions.
tator tots. orange juice.

french fries w/ BBQ sauce.
laver seaweed snacks
uncle eddies oatmeal raisin cookies (2) dipped in chocolate toffee crunch non-dairy ice cream (by soy decadence, turtle mountain)

2 days worth: pancakes, watermelon, del taco. toast pbj rolled tacos

special K red berries cereal by the handful (while waiting for my pancakes to cook)
2 pancakes (made with my just-add-water-pancake-mix: 1/2 c flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 t baking powder, 1/2 t baking soda, 1 t salt. thats the base. mix well with spices: cinnamon, allspice, ginger, mace, etc. i added nesquik chocolate powder. use 3 tablespoons dry mix: 2 tablespoons water for a good single serving batter)

2 bean burritos (del taco, no cheese, one red sauce one green)

Yesterday:
breakfast: toast w/jam, frijoledilla (split pea/black eyed pea mash cooked between 2 corn tortillas like a quesodilla but with beans) fried plantains, vitamin

lunch: watermelon, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, raisins and goji berries, dinosaur kale
full throttle energy drink.

snack: popcorn

dinner: potato rolled tacos with fire roasted salsa lettuce tomato. grilled chilis.
stone IPA beer. like 1/2 the box of 7-11 brand fudge mint cookies.
dole brand mandarin oranges in jellied sauce (tastes like jello without the gelatin [its carrageenan])(another busy day)

italian sausage (tofurkey) sliced up and pan fried with thinly sliced kale and eggplant slices. sauerkraut. baby carrots. jellied fruit candies (like turkish delights)

cereal, macaroni, pbJ...

bowl of total cereal with soymilk, sliced mango, 1/2 grapefruit.
strawberry coconut milk kefir (like strawberry yogurt drink. kinda like a lasse)
shot of aloe juice with 21st century brand once daily women's multi-vitamin

yerba mate tea. i think i drank about 4 refills of tea today so far.
sauteed onion, chopped brussel sprouts, thinly sliced collards and dinosaur kale, til soft, then for a sauce in a cup i diluted a scoop of split pea/black eyed pea mash from fridge with hot water, braggs (soy sauce), and a few dashes of salt-free spike seasoning (table blend). added that to vegetable mixture. tossed in the rest of leftover macaroni noodles (they're from an olive oil salt thing, and they're spicy). made a new macaroni dish. yummy.

the rest of that grapefruit.
a few handfuls of dried goji berries (like raisins), and some cacao nibs (chocolate crunchy things)
pan fried plantains (sliced thin and flipped once. cooked along side my sandwich)
grilled pb&j sandwich. (its way better like that. add the peanut butter and grill til a little toasty)

6 mini vegetable spring rolls (ling ling brand)
veggie stir-fry (mixed veggie blend with stir fry sauce: broccoli, mushrooms, red and yellow bell peppers, watercress, green beans, soybeans, peas, carrots.)
a couple dates

oatmeal raisin cookie (uncle eddies)

this was last week. i'll keep track of what i'm eating for week long segments and then forget to upload the info on this site.

well heres my last log for july 14 2010:
leftover seitan and lentil bake from dinner (for breakfast)

onion bagel toasted w/ margarine
smoothie (papaya, mango, strawberries, oranges, banana, couple figs, maca, spirulina)

grn tea
kombucha
dates, baby carrots, banana

1/4 c slivered almonds, 1 diced orange bell pepper, a few tomatoes, fresh basil, sage, rosemary, dried thyme, blended w food processor into a pasta sauce. poured over tri colored bow pasta with broccoli.
v8 juice.

red bull, 7-11 brand iced apple danish, rum and coke. (went out)
midnight snack salad w/ lettuce, tomato, and dressing. nothing fancy. dulse seaweed snacks.
